Christmas is only a couple of weeks away (not that anyone needs reminding) and Christmas parties are already in full swing. With that in mind, if you’re planning or hosting your own Christmas ‘do’ this month, why not treat your guests to something a little different? This delicious Beyond The Stars cocktail from Sam – head honcho at The Rum Runner – is going to leave your friends wanting more (and hopefully dancing on the tables).
75ml fino sherry
10ml lemon Juice
15ml star Anise Syrup
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and muddle fresh fruit. Fill shaker with ice and shake. Double strain over crushed ice and garnish.
