It’s not every day that you’re given the opportunity to feed a hungry group of guests breakfast whilst suspended 100ft in the air, which is exactly what I’ll be doing at London In The Sky until Sunday 30th July.
As part of a 12 day pop-up event, London In The Sky gives daring diners the chance to enjoy a culinary experience like no other. Guests are (very securely) strapped in to seats around the table where they can watch me – as well as other chefs from Pachamama, Skylon and Holborn Dining Room – cook their breakfast, lunch or dinner.
